Tasha’s post-secondary education started with the Fitness & Health Promotion Program (FAHP) at St. Lawrence College in Kingston. Tasha became interested in becoming an Athletic Therapist as a placement student at Kingston Athletic Therapy Centre (KATC). After graduating from FAHP Tasha decided to pursue a career as an Athletic Therapist. She graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Athletic Therapy with High Honors.

With experience as a competitive equestrian and runner Tasha understands the desire to recover from an injury and get back to the activities you love. She provides effective treatment through a combination of manual therapy and corrective exercise based on your clinical assessment. A background as a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology has solidified Tasha’s belief in the profound effects of purposeful movement on the mind and body.
