Alee is a Certified Athletic Therapist and one of Kingston's finest!  Born and raised in Kingston, Alee is passionate about giving our community all the tools to empower a healthy and active lifestyle.  

Drawing from her experience as one of the top coaches at Kingston Elite Cheerleading, Alee has developed a treatment style that addresses the injury or ailment and strengthens the whole body to support recovery.  

Alee has an extensive list of qualifications in a variety of modalities including concussions.  Her assessment and treatment of concussions has been proven to be among the best in the city, with great success treating chronic concussions. 

Active or not, Alee will find a way to get you moving and build your confidence with the process.
