Jill’s passion for outdoor sports and travel has led her to some of the world’s greatest mountains and ranges!  As an avid climber and outdoorswoman, Jill has an in-depth understanding of complex biomechanics and the connection that the musculoskeletal and fascial systems have on functional movement patterns.  

Jill has had the pleasure of working with a wide range of athletes from rugby and football, to power lifters, aerial artists and rock climbers. Coming from a background of unorganized/non-competitive sports, Jill loves to work with active individuals from all walks of life- Athletic Therapy isn’t just for athletes!

Having first-hand experience with her own athletic injuries and rehabilitation, Jill uses her familiarity to create well rounded manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation programs that are tailored to the needs of her clients.
